Refund Policy – Matched Coterii

At Matched Coterii, we take pride in offering high-quality shoes and bags imported from Turkey. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make our refund process fair and transparent.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.

• The request must be made within 5 days of receiving the item

• The item must show no signs of wear, stains, scratches, or alterations.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect:

• Please send clear pictures and/or videos showing the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

• Images must clearly show the defect and the original packaging.

• Once verified, we will advise on a refund or replacement.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be accepted if:

• The item has been worn or used.

• The item is damaged due to misuse or poor handling after delivery.

• No proof (pictures/videos) is provided.

• The return request is made outside the allowed timeframe.

Refund Process

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

• Refunds will be made via the original payment method or store credit (as agreed).

Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
